TCIL is one of 28 Independent Living Centers in the state of California.  Independent Living Centers (ILCs) are private, nonprofit corporations that provide services to maximize the independence of individuals with disabilities and the accessibility of the communities they live in. Centers are funded in part by the Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration, administered through the State of California Dept. of Rehabilitation. However, those funds do not cover all center expenses and local centers rely on fundraisers and charitable donations from the communities they serve.  If you would like to make a donation, please click here.
