Tri-County Independent Living will hold its 5th annual 'Respect for Abilities' Day,

10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, July 25th

The event has been moved from its traditional date in early October to recognize the anniversary

of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act on July 26, 1990.

Respect for Abilities Day will feature assistive technology and service provider vendors,

educational workshops, a buffet luncheon with a guest speaker (TBD),

an advocacy room, and demonstrations.

There is no cost to attendees, but the luncheon is $18.00 per person and first-come, first-served.
